The Clinical Administration Service provides integral support to our clinicians so they can focus on making patients better - We pride ourselves on making a difference.

We are looking for remarkable people with a passion to work in healthcare to join our Clinical Administration Service with a particular focus on Inpatients and Waiting lists.

We have 46 operating rooms under HUTH which cover a wide range of different specialities and as a teaching hospital our operating theatres are a busy and dynamic environment setting the benchmark for clinical excellence.

 As a Senior Administrator you will be involved in the end to end inpatient pathway providing administrative support to our clinicians in the management of surgical waiting lists. The work is varied and demanding with an emphasis on accuracy, adaptability and the ability to prioritise competing workloads. You will have day to day contact with patients booking their treatment and arranging their follow up care. You must be committed to delivering a high standard of patient care and have a flexible attitude to work and be part of a multidisciplinary team.

As a Senior Administrator you will also have supervisory responsibilities for other members of the waiting list team.
