An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, flexible and motivated person to join the Employee Service Centre as an Administrator Assistant

The department provides full support to all Health Groups at Hull Royal Infirmary and Castle Hill Hospital; it is an extremely busy department with a high level of contact at all levels throughout the organisation

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Employee Service Centre Officer with a wide variety of duties including supporting recruitment procedures, dealing with general enquiries, updating and maintaining computerised records and undertaking general office administration such as daily post, filing and photocopying. 

The successful candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.  Competent keyboard and word processing skills are also required; experience of Microsoft Word and Excel is also essential.

The successful applicant needs be able to confidently and competently work under pressure dealing with a large workload in a busy office. An excellent telephone manner is required as the post holder is the point of contact. The role also requires occasional face to face contact with Candidates.

** Salary relates to year 2 of 3 year NHS pay deal
