An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced Registered Nurses. We require enthusiastic, dynamic and dedicated Junior Charge Nurse/Ward Sister to be the guardian of high quality patient care working alongside the ward Sister on ward 100 Hull Royal Infirmary.
The post holder has the authority and continuing responsibility under the Ward Sister for the management of nursing care, staff, the environment, organisation of the ward area and other specified resources devolved to his or her control.
You will support the sister and senior nursing team within the Surgery Health Group, to plan and deliver high quality services within available resources, in accordance with local business plan and clinical governance arrangements.
We require the post holder to have expert experience within the nursing field and management experience of at Band 5 level. The post holder should have a post registration qualification in mentorship/teaching and/or a willingness to undertake this further study. Good communication skills and the ability to work with a multidisciplinary team are essential

You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
