Are you ready for a new challenge, come and join us, we are looking for a midwife with 2 years’ experience at Band 6 to join the Antenatal and Newborn Screening Team.

It is an exciting opportunity for a midwife to extend their knowledge of antenatal and newborn screening. Working as part of a compassionate, dedicated and supportive multidisciplinary team you will be assisting women with complex pregnancies and difficult decision making. This is a challenging and rewarding role, providing information and supporting women and their families with their choices whilst co-ordinating care and providing continuity.

You will develop knowledge about infectious diseases, haemaglobinopathies, fetal anomalies, genetics, bereavement and the national screening pathways: as well as counselling, computer and teaching skills.
