Static  Senior Physiotherapist - Upper Limb Outpatient Service 

Full-time

We are currently looking for a Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join our dynamic  and highly skilled Upper Limb Therapy Team  on a full time basis. As a senior member of staff you will manage a  caseload of upper limb conditions  including consultant and GP referrals  ( This will  include telephone, video and  face/face consultations )  within the speciality of both plastics and orthopaedics .

You will be a key member of the upper limb therapy team and will have the opportunity to gain experience working in outpatient , trauma and consultant clinics.

 The successful candidate will require to be a self motivated , flexible and forward thinking individual.

There will be an opportunity to supervise and support junior physiotherapists, physiotherapy assistants and support student physiotherapists.

You will need to work well as part of a team, be well organised and a good communicator. You will also need to have completed core rotations as a junior physiotherapist and have recent MSK experience.

You will be required to participate in ongoing CPD and in – service training. You will be fully supported by experienced clinical lead physiotherapists. Protected CPD time as well as an experienced mentor is provided alongside in-service programmes including case presentations and peer review sessions. You will also be actively involved in the marketing, promotion and growth of the physiotherapy service within the site and local area including working with local employers and businesses.

The successful candidate will be expected to participate in audit opportunities as they present themselves. The successful applicant will be expected to work evening and week-end working week-end working .
