 Band 6 Physiotherapist

Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is one of the largest in England and provides acute care for an urban and rural population of 600,000 and over 1.2 million for our tertiary services. Based on two sites the Trust employs nearly 6,800 people and has an annual budget of approximately £300 million. We are a Major Trauma Centre for the region.

Our vision is Great Staff, Great Care, Great Future, as we believe that by developing an innovative, skilled and caring workforce, we can deliver great care to our patients and a great future for our employees, our Trust and our community.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic person to gain experience working as a rotational physiotherapist on the acute Stroke and Neurology unit, Neurosurgery, Neuro Rehab and community rotations.

The post would suit a band 5 physiotherapist who has completed their core rotations and feels ready for the challenge of a senior Neuro post.
All applicants must have previous experience in Neurophysiotherapy, within an acute setting. Acute respiratory care experience is also a prerequisite of this post.

The Physiotherapy service has a comprehensive CPD strategy in place to support and develop the successful applicant.

7 day working is a requirement of this post.
