An exciting opportunity has arisen to work on ward 120 as a patient discharge assistant. You will be joining the Trauma Orthopaedic Team to support with patient discharges. We will provide a supportive training package to all candidates within a friendly nursing team.

We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated candidate to support with complex discharges to work alongside the nurse in charge. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to prioritise workload, working proactively with the patient flow team and ward staff.

The candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent and accurate record keeping with effective IT and telephone skills.
