An Exciting opportunity has arisen to join HUTH. Initially for the 1st year based in the fantastic ED team and then to where the needs of the service are required.
We are actively looking to recruit Auxiliary Nurses to work initially in the Emergency Department at Hull University Teaching Hospital. We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic Auxiliary nurses to join our dynamic team to provide high quality patient care throughout the forth coming months and perform swabs and COVID testing in the dept on patients, the role will including learning new skills to deliver emergency care for example phlebotomy , swab taking, point of care COVID testing, ECG's and other exciting development opportunities.
As an Auxiliary Nurse you will play a pivotal role in supporting the registered nurses in delivering the high quality care for the patients within the Emergency Department.
You should have excellent communication skills; have a caring and compassionate nature and work well within a multidisciplinary team. Previous experience in a caring role is essential.
You need to have a flexible approach to working shifts to meet the changing demands within the department.
